Rick Harlow is a watercolor artist from Lexington, KY. He and his wife have called Lexington, KY their home since 1984. He retired as Vice President of YKK North and Central America Group in 2015. He had an interest in watercolors since 1974 but had never had the time to do anything about it until retirement. He has only been painting seriously since 2017. Mostly self taught, he has taken classes from Susan Cooper and Charles Jolly of Lexington and Judy Mudd of Louisville in the last several years to help him improve.
Nature’s Beauty – Inspired by the world around him, Rick creates watercolor art inspired by nature, people, things, and places in and around Lexington, KY and beyond.
